Olin Hall Mattress Removal Form

Please note this removal form only includes the WCM mattress.
- You must disassemble your WCM bedframe and store it under your bed.
- All mattress removal requests must be submitted two business days, M-F, before the date the mattress needs to be removed.
Be advised: After the first year, all students are required to relocate out of Olin Hall.
- Other than Lasdon House, no personal beds or furniture is permitted at the 74th Street Residence or MSK Housing.
- WCM does not provide storage, and you will need to sell or discard your bed.
